Another Nick dinner: lentil cakes with cashew caper sauce, red cabbage and carrot orangey slaw, steamed broccoli with curry dijon mayo sauce.
Macrobiotic dinner: brown rice, lemony roasted beets, lemony roasted brussel sprouts and red pepper, and tamari-balsamic roasted tofu.
Lunch: this kale salad tastes like junk food! It’s loaded with nutritional yeast, avocado and sundries tomatoes. So delicious.
A smoothie for breakfast always make me feel like a better person - Vega, strawberries, fresh ginger, half of a lemon of juice, coconut water.
Dinner: black bean and sweet potato burgers with red pepper cashew crema, roasted kale with pumpkin cheesy sauce, and red cabbage and poblano slaw with sliced avocado. Made by Nick.
