salad recipe
The kale salad was so good I needed to expand on the guidelines for making it. Really easy too!
-Wash and chop raw kale
-Thinly slice shallots
-Tossed kale and shallots in a bowl with a few jiggers of red wine vinegar, sea salt and pepper
-Then tossed a second time with a little olive oil (so the vinegar could coat first),
-Put it in a tupperware and let it sit until lunch time.
